Supply Chain & Procurement Intern

Are you looking for an internship or apprenticeship where you will be given real responsibilities? You’ve come to the right place.

Your role is essential to ensuring that our organization runs smoothly and efficiently: you will be the oil that keeps the machine running, making sure the right equipment is available at the right time and acting as a trusted point of contact for our suppliers.

This internship/apprenticeship will give you the opportunity to discover a highly versatile role at the crossroads of procurement, logistics, and administration.

After an initial onboarding and training period, you will be expected to manage a large part of these responsibilities independently. However, you will always be able to rely on the team for support when needed.

Your missions

  • Order & inventory management:
    • Monitor the needs of our forest villages.
    • Place and follow up on orders for equipment, supplies, furniture, cleaning products, etc.
    • Manage inventory levels, anticipate needs, and organize deliveries and their receipt.
    • Implement, improve, and monitor inventory and order management tools.
  • Supplier relations:
    • Source new suppliers and service providers and compare offers.
    • Negotiate commercial terms and monitor contracts.
    • Manage supplier relationships while protecting Nutchel’s interests.
    • Handle disputes and resolve delivery or quality issues.

As you gain experience, you will become the main day-to-day point of contact for our suppliers.

  • Management of office equipment & resources, including:
    • Company vehicles, IT equipment, telephony, and Internet services.
    • Office equipment and supplies.
    • Mail handling, answering telephone calls, and filing and archiving documents.
  • Contract Administration & External Relations:
    • Monitore leasing, insurance, franchise, real estate purchase, and rental agreements.
    • Manage relationships with subsidiaries, public authorities, investors, banks, and insurance companies.

Your experience

  • You are currently studying towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in administrative management, procurement, supply chain, logistics, business management, commerce, or a related field.
  • You are looking for an internship or apprenticeship that will allow you to take on a practical role with genuine responsibilities.
  • Previous professional experience, ideally in administration, procurement, or logistics, is a strong asset.
  • In addition to French, you must be fluent in English, both spoken and written. Dutch is a plus.
  • You have a very good command of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Social Media Intern

Your role is key: you generate leads through an inspiring and engaging approach to the Nutchel brand on social media.

Your missions:

  • Manage our social media channels in line with our communication strategy and best practices in social media
  • Implement influencer collaborations across our four main markets and four secondary markets to drive conversions and qualified traffic to our website
  • Supportour B2C sales strategy by running paid social media campaigns
  • Define, create and implement high-quality visual content in line with the overall marketing strategy, either in-house or by engaging third parties
  • Support the marketing team in applying the Nutchel brand image in all its forms

Your profile:

  • You have at least 1 successful experience in social media marketing
  • You have in-depth knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok and YouTube
  • You have strong photo- and video-editing skills and master at least 1 graphic design tool
  • You are passionate about tourism and have a sincere interest in Nutchel’s brand

Your soft skills:

  • You are a creative soul, digitally savvy, attentive to detail in both visuals and texts
  • You have a passion for digital media
  • You have excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • You are curious about the latest industry trends

Marketing & Sales Assistant

Your role is key! Showing your multitasking skills, you work closely with the Growth Marketing Manager to develop our B2B segment and our sale impact, and provide input to facilitate strategic business decision-making.

Your missions:

  • Define and deploy the B2B strategy in order to generate leads (through SEO, social media, distribution channels), sell MICE stays and ensure the overall success of the B2B product thanks to a close collaboration with the operational teams
  • Monitor market evolutions and trends (strategy, yield, competition, etc.) and make recommendations accordingly
  • Provide operational support for marketing and sales tasks based on current needs

Your profile:

  • You have had at least one successful internship in business
  • You know the marketing market, its players and the main communication and distribution channels
  • You are a native French speaker, and speak English fluently
  • You are proficient in the Office suite, especially Excel
  • You are passionate about tourism and have a sincere interest in our brand

Your soft skills:

  • You enjoy B2B and B2C negotiation and know how to convince your audience
  • You are organized and meticulous, and possess strong analytical skills
  • You have excellent written and oral communication skills

Receptionnist - Flexi-Job / Student Job

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will help welcome and assist guests throughout their stay. You will also support the operational team to ensure our guests enjoy a high-quality experience, including preparing meal baskets and managing the day-to-day operations of the Honesty Shop. This position is ideal for a student or someone eligible for a flexi-job who enjoys interacting with guests, taking on varied responsibilities, and working surrounded by nature.

Your missions

  • Welcome guests during check-in and check-out.
  • Provide information and assistance to guests throughout their stay.
  • Help prepare and provide the services offered to guests, such as meal baskets, bike rentals, etc.
  • Restock the Honesty Shop.
  • Assist with inventory management and the receipt of deliveries.
  • Carry out various operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of the forest village.
  • Help resolve guest requests and unexpected issues.

Your profile

  • You are a student or eligible for flexi-job status.
  • You enjoy interacting with guests and have a strong sense of customer service.
  • You are independent, resourceful, and enjoy varied responsibilities.
  • You are energetic and not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
  • You have good organizational skills.
  • You speak French. Dutch and/or English are an asset.
